This program is responsible for coordinating the Metro Health Department's
services to homeless persons. Services provided at the Downtown Clinic
include primary medical care, mental health services, outpatient
substance abuse treatment, and oral health services. The substance
abuse treatment program is a 12 week program consisting of 20 or
more hours of counseling per week at the Downtown Clinic and includes
shelter, education, and case management at the Campus for Human
Development.

Program offers a variety of services designed to help
people start or resume a life of recovery from addiction
to alcohol or other drugs. VITA’s
